Soyuz's sbuild is polluting the signal mask for "HUP"

Bug Description
The "HUP" signal cannot be passed during a build (for example, for testsuites) because the Soyuz sbuild is setting the signal to "IGNORE". This is no longer done in the upstream sbuild (since it is not appropriate to pass this signal mask to children). This was causing problems for m2crypto's testsuite (it was hanging the build waiting for HUP to be received).

Here is proof about the masks being set up by sbuild. Thanks to Lamont Jones to humoring me and logging into the builders. :)
