qlog doesn't always execute from main menu

Bug Description
To Reproduce:
1) Import the QBzr-eclipse project.
2) Open the site.xml file from the update site plugin.
3) Select the site.xml in the editor.
4) Got to the main menu and run "Log History" action.
An error message will popup saying that the selected file is not under a bazaar branch, which is clearly not the case.
