Bug Description
Binary package hint: transmission
I would like to have Transmission start the next paused download when the previous download has completed (say I allow 3 downloads, there should always be 3 downloads unless there is no files left in it's list)
This way Transmission would be able to be left to its own devices after adding lots of torrents to it.

This is a small wishlist , hope this can be fixed for Lucid. [maybe even worth a feature freeze exception for a default torrent app in an LTS]
