Bug Description

As per https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-start-page/+bug/438088/comments/2, the Turkish translation is not being displayed, as http://start.ubuntu.com/9.10/index.html.tr is being interpreted as a Troff file.

I'm simply opening a separate bug to better track this.

This was fixed on the server side by configuring the server to think the language code for Turkish is .tu instead of .tr and then renaming the files accordingly.
