Bug Description
When in the Add Client GUI, when leaving ClientRep contact details blank (meaning it should not be a required field), the default contact should be the Client business details specified in that same GUI
This will have an impact elsewhere in the system for email notifications etc.

The only thing I can think of that this will effect is the auto-mailing of the clientRep, which is going to be disabled by default. Perhaps also contract exporting, which hasn't been built yet.
The sentiment behind this bug was that it's too hard to add in a second set of details and that basic organisation details are sufficient. I have made this considerably easier with an inline Add New Client Rep form.
It might be worth displaying this line form by default.
