Include language and package name in downloaded PO file filename

Bug Description

I'd like to work on several po files on my computer. When I download one, its name is oc.po (and the same for the other ones).
Would it be possible to download the po files as <name of package>_<language code>.po (debian-installer_oc.po for example)? It would be easier to know what file to upload and where.

Most of the files I see as download include the translation domain in the name. Is this not fixed?
