Bug Description

Binary package hint: adept

[dapper]
Sometimes, when the adept-updater icon appears in the systray, clicking on it won't launch adept: I'm not asked for a password and I can only see the bouncing icon for a minute... and then nothing happends!
Click on the icon is the systray again will properly open the dialog box asking for the admin password and then adept windows appears.

the same here, happens in dapper and in edgy too... when i launch adept i see the launch feedback notification icon bouncing on the screen but after some time adept does not load and the icon goes away...
in my case i launch adept from the menu, if i call it from a terminal it seems to work sometimes

That's odd. Does it still happen in Edgy final?

I'm closing the bug. I've never experienced it, but if it's still a consistent problem just let us know. Thanks.
