Bug Description
Steps to reproduce (using sample data):
1. Create a new poll: http://
2. Opening date should be before the day of creation.
3. The poll will start as an open poll. It'll be impossible to add an option (bug 28670)
4. Now manually access the poll +vote-simple page
(i.e. http://
5. It'll have two (default!?) options:
o I'm not voting yet
o None of these options
6. Select I'm not voting yet and click Continue
7. Crash like: OOPS-144A496
