New back and forward icons misaligned, stop button has no stroke or gradient

Bug Description

Since I think ubuntu-artwork 24, although the nautilus navigation buttons are now the right size, the forward button is a couple of pixels lower than the back icon, which really sticks out on the toolbar.

Also, the stop button is jarring because it is missing the stroke and gradient needed to make it consistent with the other icons.

The foward button is one pixel too low, not really that obvious.

Hi, I made a thread about the Stop icon on Dapper forums. The thread contains reasons why the Stop icon is bad and also a new possible icon is attached. I can provide svg if people seem to like it.
