Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

In the composer window (when HTML is enabled), the last button on the toolbar is used to insert a table, but the tooltip reads "Insert rule" instead of "Insert table".

 gtkhtml3.8 (3.10.2-0ubuntu1) dapper-updates; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version:
     - use correct tooltip for the table toolbar item (Ubuntu: #47657)
