share links refer to internal server name

Bug Description

Many tables are given a "Share" button at the bottom, allowing the user to send a URL to someone. However, this URL refers to the internal server name rather than the publicly exposed URL, and will thus not work outside of WHO.

can the share be moved to the top of the table, too, with all the other functions?

We're removing the share button for release 1, see bug Bug #480049 . We have another bug open for fixing the share button for release 2, so I'll mark this one as a duplicate

On second thought, this covers configuration as well, so I'll leave this as it's own bug for release 2. setting priority to high since the share button wont work at all if it's pointing to a non-visible address
