Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Under the "Console Security" section of the Karmic (9.10) documentation for Ubuntu Server (ubuntu-docs), the steps for disabling control-alt-delete are out of date and incorrect.

Alternate instructions could be:

Remove the /etc/init/control-alt-delete.conf file.

Current instructions can be found: https://help.ubuntu.com/9.10/serverguide/C/console-security.html
