Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Currently, there are two different ways of setting time & date : System > Admin > Time&Date or right click on the time applet on the default panel.
Problem : interfaces are completely different. Also, the applet one doesn't allow you to set any NTP related parameters.
Needed : both actions (right click on the applet and click in the admin menu) should open the very same interface.
Proposed solution : patch gnome-panel so the time applet open time-admin
