Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

Upgrading to 9.10, install finished with "Error: Could not install the upgrades" The text at the very end of the error message said installArchives() failed. During installation, I had one error where part of OpenOffice could not be upgraded - I think it was something to do with email merging or similar.

As requested, contents of /var/log/dist-upgrade/ are attached.

I'm about to see if the failed install can now recover to give me a working system or not. Please.....

Not an error with update-manager affecting to openoffice.org
- Did you see a question about running instance of openoffice ?
- If yes what did you answer ?
- If not, were you running the upgrade in non-interactive mode (You can find the current mode with the command "debconf-show debconf" ?

Thanks.
