Hardware: Toshiba Satellite a100-533
In bug 38476 I described the problem of a kernel-oops, this has been fixed in rc1. Now I installed Dapper and upgraded (did that yesterday). This system seems to run fine.
But I already had three complete system-halts. This means:
- no mouse-cursor-
- keys don't work
- I can nolonger ssh into the machine
So I guess that this is a kernel-oops as well.
In all three cases I was doing different things in KDE, once I was in konsole, once in Konqurer and once in Adept.
You'll find output of lspci and other important information in bug 38476.
Please tell me what other information you need to debug this.

Ok, in the last couple of days the notebook had no problems at all, now it just happend again. I was playing music (amarok), Konqueror was open and I was chatting in Kopete via ICQ. Nothing special. This is now the 686-kernel. All updates are installed, I updated the machine this morning.
I looked /var/log/*, but there was nothing locked when the system-halt happend.
Please tell me what I can to in oder to help you fix this problem.
