qlog branch1 branch2: should show me branch labels even if both branches equal

Bug Description
This bites me every time I'm encounter it. Inconsistence in behavior of `qlog branch1 branch2`: if branches have different tips then I see branch labels. If both branches are equal then I see no labels at all. I want see labels in the latter case otherwise I need everytime to scroll up and down until I realize what's going on.
