EBADFD not #defined in any included header files.

as i have no such system at hand:

- is errno.h available on kfreebsd? does it define EBADFD?
- need proper #ifdef to test for kfreebsd

Fix will be included in 3.0.5

errno.h is not available on kfreebsd platforms, so I guess you'll have to include them manually. I don't have a kfreebsd system at hand as well, and creating a chroot for it is not that easy since you need to add some particular kernel patches.

Added an #ifdef to define EBADFD in case it cannot be included properly.
A test build from bzr on kfreebsd would help.

Uploaded and built fine on all archs, great work Marcel. It gonna be synced automatically into Ubuntu in the near future.
