Bug Description
Probably related to bug 386667, two teams can't have the same contact address set. To route all merge proposal mails from ~ubuntu-dev branches to <email address hidden> we set that mailing list as a contact address.
Now we'd like to set it for ~ubuntu-reviewers too, which doesn't work.

Email address for are designed to unique to the team. There is a bug that you cannot unassign them to use them with another team.
