Bug Description

Migrate the current Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic and Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy AMIs to the new "us-west-1" region.

Let me know if you need any pointers in setting this up. My AMIs are in the process of migrating and the most important ones are already there.

The S3 "location" value is "us-west-1" (where the location for the "us-east-1" region is "US" and the location for the "eu-west-1" is "EU").

I've had some bucket snafu, due to pilot error. This is preventing the images from being moved over.

I had anticipated this region and created consistently named buckets, but had not set the 'location'. My hope was that if a bucket had no location it could later be set. This is apparently not the case.

I've put the necissary changes into the publish code to use this region.

As soon as those resources are freed, I can publish the images, and lucid daily builds will start going there.

I think this bug may be marked "Fix Released" given that us-west-1 AMIs exist and the region has been added into the standard build process.
