The file modules/loop-aes/debian/rules does not have execute permissions. Building loop-aes-source using both module-assistant and kernel-package fails.

Bug Description

Binary package hint: loop-aes-source

1. Download and install loop-aes-source package.
2. At a command prompt, type 'cd /usr/src'
3. Type 'sudo tar xvjf loop-aes.tar.bz2'
4. Type 'sudo m-a a-i loop-aes'
5. module-assistant fails with

'/usr/share/modass/packages/generic.sh: line 70: debian/rules: Permission Denied'
