should name jpeg files .jpg

Bug Description

The current version (0.7) uses .jpeg by default, isn't .jpg the most common naming for those images?

Either are acceptable:

My camera produces .jpg
I would think that JPEG makes it more clear what the images are in?

Leaving open until someone can provide some data as to what is best (maybe through user testing)

not that I would care too much, but this is the only sane reason behind "jpg" ;)

Both are supported, this change only affects what the default file name looks like
