Bug Description
What happens:
Take a look at bug 369150. You'll see that the Mozilla Thunderbird (product) task offers you a link to "Target to milestone," even though it's assigned to a bug watch.
What should happen:
Since the bug is upstream, to allow it to be targeted to a milestone in Launchpad is meaningless for most projects. The target to milestone link shouldn't be displayed.
It may make sense to fix bug 494943 before fixing this one.

I find this "bug" useful since it helps for me at least targeting upstream bugs to the release they are fixed in allows for easy classification and retrieval when preparing a changelog for a release of a new version in Ubuntu. I guess this is unique to me/Mozilla Team as generally we doesn't import packages from Debian but rather pull directly from upstream.
I request that this "bug" not be fixed unti bug #494943 is implemented.
