Pop up shows "normal - report incorrect urgency?"

Bug Description
I just upgraded to lucid from karmic, and notification messages now pop up with an header reading like "normal - report incorrect urgency?" that makes the actual message harder to read. By the way the urgency of the message appears to always correct to me.

This is by design; the libnotify developers are debugging libnotify in the Lucid development series. The urgency hints and other strange artifacts are part of a debugging feature in libnotify which will be disabled before the official release. For this reason, I am closing this report.
