Notes List doesn't handle apostorphes correctly for uploaded notes

Bug Description
If you create a note on the Tomboy desktop with an apostrophe in the title, it will display in the list of notes on the web interface with '
Reproduction steps:
1. Create note with apostrophe in title (ie, "Tester's Note") from desktop client
2. Sync note with Ubuntu One
3. Go to notes tab on Ubuntu One, list will display "Tester's Note" in the list
The title is correct when you view or edit the note.
This is not a problem when the note is created on the web interface.

I can confirm the above happens for me also. Seems to be related to bug #490969 as it is regarding "special characters".
