Binary package hint: python-qt3

Lucid Alpha1
python-qt3 will not install because it depends on python-sip4 <= 4.9.1 but only version 4.9.3 is available

The same problem on lucid Alfa 2 amd64 , apt-get dist-upgrade trying to uninstall python-qt3 and mnemosyne

The package does install & run, though it takes manual installation. I wanted python-qt3 for icecc (not in repos, but an old .deb available). icecc is now closer to functioning.
