Bug Description
Binary package hint: konqueror
Note: This is not the same issue as #48430 despite having a similar name
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open konqueror. Go to your home folder
2. Press ctrl+f to open the find file tool
3. Open a new tab and browse to some other folder
4. Press ctrl+f
The find file tool won't open.
5. Press ctrl+f
Now it will. The reason is that when you open the find file tool, the Tools->Find File menu option is checked, and stays checked, even if you go to new tabs where the find file tool isn't actually open. Konqueror is maintaining this option globally instead of per tab as it should. Pressing ctrl+f twice works because the first time unchecks the Find File option, and then pressing it again checks it and konqueror clues in that it needs to open the tool.
