Bug Description
I have the doxygen-doc package is installed. Searching for "doxygen" in yelp yields a single result; the doxygen manpage.
However, there is an additional manual reachable via "Help Topics" -> Applications -> Programming -> Doxygen. Surely this should be included in the search results as well.
