Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-applet-session

When selecting 'Switch user' the current session is locked and the unlock dialog is displayed, Clicking switch user on the dialog re-displays the unlock dialog. At no point is gdm displayed to allow a different user to log in. I've have problems in the past with this nVidia hardware switching modes and don't know if this may be related for info its legacy hardware mx440 using
xserver-xorg-video-nv 1:2.1.15-1ubuntu2

There are 3 other users on the system 2 with UIDs 1000+ and 1 with uid 510

Hi Will,

Thanks for including the attached files. Could you also include your /var/log/Xorg.0.log (or Xorg.0.log.old) from after reproducing the issue?

Please attach the output of `lspci -vvnn` too.
