It's a feature in firefox and not a bug , if a script is running for too long, Firefox will pause the script and give the user the option to abort. Firefox prevents the script from keeping the browser from becoming unresponsive.

If it is a recurring problem , it is problem with the site. You can report it to the site where the problem arises .
