Manage Template module crashed on loading

Hopefully this isn't the same bug as the other modules crashing upon loading.

Both Manage Templates and Manage Scripts crashed upon loading. After restarting the program, they loaded without issue.

Using ubuntu-tweak 0.5.0 from the PPA on Karmic, x86_64.

After running ubuntu-tweak from the command line, received the following output from just opening all of the modules:

Failed to open file '/usr/share/pixmaps/splash/ubuntu-splash.png': No such file or directory
Failed to open file '/usr/share/pixmaps/splash/ubuntu-splash.png': No such file or directory
/usr/lib/pymodules/python2.6/ubuntutweak/common/package.py:114: DeprecationWarning: Accessed deprecated property Package.summary, please see the Version class for alternatives.
  return self.cache[pkg].summary
