Bug Description
Create a control that displays all tagged sections of the activated documents.
A title (Documentname, Startline, Endline) is displayed for each section.
About 100 (preferences) characters before and after the section are also displayed.
The user can jump to the corresponding section in the editor by double clicking or via context-menu.
