Update ec2 scripts to use source deps version information

Bug Description

The ec2 scripts need to be modified to update the source dependencies for the branch under test using its sourcedeps.conf (and the versioning information therein).

Is this bug really confirmed? I thought it uses update-sourcecode like buildbot does.

If it does, I don't think it's working properly. I filed this report after talking to Gary earlier, and he referred to it in his branch earlier today: https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~gary/launchpad/fix-db-devel-sourcecode/+merge/17674
