Bug Description
On Mac OS X, ⌘H should hide the game.
Also, ⌘M to minimize does not work.

Reopening this bug. WIth SDL_ENABLEAPPEVENTS enabled binding a turn key to ⌘, and using it in succession with a different key may produce an annoying system beep.
