Binary package hint: totem
In Ubuntu Lucid Totem no longer seems to show elapsed time / total time at the bottom of the window next to current status (eg Playing).
Please don't tell me this is a new feature... :-\

Should have checked to make sure I had all updates, just installed today but apparently I somehow had an old cd image.
