ATI Radeon X300 not correctly recognized

Bug Description

When running glxinfo the following message is one of the error messages that appear.
Unknown device ID 5B60, please report. Assuming plain R300.
My card is an ATI Radeon X300.

This is what (non-verbose) lspci says:
0000:02:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV370 5B60 [Radeon X300 (PCIE)]
0000:02:00.1 Display controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV370 [Radeon X300SE]

PCI-Ids are 1002:5b60 and 1002:5b70.

I've reread this bugreport and saw that I accidentally filed this under linux-source instead of xserver-xorg-driver-ati which seems to be the more appropriate location to me. Must have been due to looking if this is already a know prob.

From what I've heard a fix for this in cvs (see the debian-bugreport).
Oh, and could someone please remove that relationship with linux-source?
