misspelling when hovering the display-icon in the notification area

Bug Description

There is an "L" missing. It says: "Bildschirmeinstelungen festlegen" instead of "Bildschirmeinstellungen festlegen"

Note that anyone willing to fix this can suggest a translation on the previous link. This will ease the work of the German translators, who will then only have to review and accept the new suggestion

The bug origins from GNOME-Upstream [1]. Therefore I am going to fix this in the GNOME-git and Launchpad so that the translations don't differ.
