No option to Sort by Clicking the List Headers

Bug Description

There is no option to Sort the Listed items in Launchpad Bugs and Launchpad Answers to by clicking the List Headers.
But the same is available with the List in Launchpad Branches and Launchpad Blueprints.

The option is only available on pages where the entire listing fits on one page. This is due to a technical limitation - it would be nice to fix it at some point.

Though the entire listing doesn't fit on one page, it will be a better option to provide sort option for what all are listed. The rest of the options we can get from the drop down itself as it is now
