Unassigned Opportunities listing is incorrect

Under CRM/SRM/Opportunities/ All Unassigned Opportunities the view doesn't work the way i think it is intended to.

The view shows

[('section_id','=',2),('state','=',Pending),('user_id','=',False)]

But Why is State 'Pending' necessary ? Surely, it just needs to be based on section id, and user_id = False ?

I think its a throwback to the view for My Opportunities, where the second item is My Pending Opportunities... I think the first may have been copied from here ... ?
