Bug Description

From the GNOME HIG :

===

The Windows menu contains commands that apply to all of the application's open windows. Only use a Windows menu in multiple document interface (MDI) applications.

You may also label this menu Documents, Buffers, or similar according to the type of document handled by your application.

==

Given those guidelines, the "Move to New Window" option should be removed from the "Documents" menu, since it only applies to the active document. It is properly accessible by right-clicking a tab.

See http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/menus-standard.html#application-windows-menu

Thanks for your bug. That's an upstream issue and should better be changed upstream. I've forwarded it upstream: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347797

Rejected upstream with that comment "marking as wontfix, we feel that is the best place to put the item", doing the same with the distribution task, feel free to argue upstream if you don't agree with that
