Bug Description

Binary package hint: kde-l10n-be-latin

These translations tarballs are all locale variants whose contents have since been merged with their parent language's tarballs.
There's no reason to keep these packages around since the parent language contains the files they used to have. These packages also cause file overwrite errors with the parent packages because of this. (Bug 528322, as an example)

kde-l10n-ca-valencia is still around but a packaging bug stopped it being updated for 4.4.1

I've removed all the obsolete kde-l10n packages
