Bug Description

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.15-23-k7

During upgrade from Breezy to Dapper
was an new kernel installed.

A reboot was not possible, a live CD was needed to recover.

Searching the Internet learned that the udev package was not installed.

`apt-get install dev` did rebuild the initrds.
It didn't help for 2.6.15-25, but did for 2.6.10-something.
