Bug Description
When one clicks on the "home" button (the one with a house in the toolbar), it displays the home page in the current tab instead of creating a new tab. In epiphany, middle click on a link results in displaying the corresponding page in a new tab.
This behaviour is not consistent with, for example, the "back" button: when one clicks on this latter button using the left mouse button, it goes back one page of the history in the current tab, whereas it does it in a new tab when one uses the middle button of the mouse.
