Bug Description

Binary package hint: libgraph-perl

A critical issue - the combination of libgraph-perl 0.81 and libheap-perl 0.80 in Ubuntu 9.10 is incompatible.

An attempt to use any [search] algorithm of libgraph-perl fails with a message "Not an ARRAY reference at /usr/share/perl5/Heap/Elem.pm line 31." The corresponding CPAN bug report rt.cpan.org #26943: "Heap 0.80 breaks Graph"

The issue is fixed in Graph 0.92 only. All Graph versions before require Heap 0.71 or 0.70.

Ubuntu 9.10 has libheap-perl 0.80, please consider upgrading libgraph-perl to 0.92.

As a temporary fix you may consider replacement of /usr/share/perl5/Graph/SPTHeapElem.pm attached.
