F12 does not launch beagle

Bug Description

Binary package hint: beagle

The hotkey assigned in beagle preferences does not start beagle search interface in dapper.

Maybe there is an panel applet needed for that to work like in other distros. If I add the search applet to my panel it would trigger the old search interface however.

Beagle-search needs to be running in the tray for this to work.
beagle-search --icon does this.
