I am personally interested to see in Biblical Greek.

Thank you for reporting this bug. Can you reproduce this problem with the latest Dapper source ? The beta release of Dapper is scheduled for next Thursday, 20060420 and the more bugs we find in advance, the less bug triage there will be to do after the beta is publicized. -Thanks!

I tried the program and I realised that the bible text is not localisable. That is, there is currently no way to provide the bible text in another language and make it work. You will have to overwrite the existing English text in a hackish manner.

The program allows for the translation of the user interface, but still the bible text will be in English.

I would consider the issue to be one that should be first solved upstream.

I have gnomesword 2.1.7-2 running on edgy and everything seems good. I tried german, herbrew, and greek texts.
