[LoginIcons] White icons on light background makes them invisible

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-mono

In GDM login screen the accessibility and shutdown icon are quite invisible, due to little color difference with background.

Darker icons (just gray, not black) could be appreciated.
