Binary package hint: wajig

$ GREP_OPTIONS= wajig status grep
Package Installed Previous Now State
=======================-===============-===============-===============-=====
grep 2.5.4-4 2.5.4-4 2.5.4-4 install

$ GREP_OPTIONS="--line-number" wajig status grep

argh. the output is garbled by non-fixed-width fonts :(

let me attach a textfile.

the error is visible in the last line:
* the package name is "5594:grep" (5594 must be the line number of the output which wajig greped)
* the installed version is N/A although grep is installed
* the remaining columns are very likely shifted to the right by one or something
