autohide doesn't unhide if you are too quick

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-panel
steps to reprodude:
(1) make a panel with autohide
(2) let it hide
(3) move the mouse very very quickly to the edge of the screen where the panel is. the panel won't pop back up (you need to be quick or this won't reproduce)
(4) try again, but move the mouse slowly... it works...
this bug is just really annoying... i run into it atleast 20 times a day

hmm, well. i removed the ut2k4 launcher from the panel (because i don't play it anymore), and this bug stoped happening.
i put the launcher back and this bug still didn't come back... fun.
guess we'll have to wait till someone else can replicate this bug.
