Bug Description
If I throw a DVD into my drive and want VLC to play it I have to open it through the rather complex VLC menus. With other files and folders I can just right can and choose 'Open with other application...' This should also be enabled with removable media.
This affects (at least) DVD's and USB sticks (I might want to open my usb stick with a browser for example).
