Bug Description

Binary package hint: evince

The text that it set in the monospaced font "Monaco" is not being rendered in the following PDF:

  http://tug.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/xetex/latex/fontspec/fontspec.pdf

It does render correctly in xpdf, however.
